REFUND POLICY


The following Refund Policy applies to all paid Myallergyfreefood.com Subscription Services and Memberships.

All Memberships are bound by the Terms of Use for the myallergyfreefood.com site, a subsidiary of Gluten Free Group Inc.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Subscription Fees will not be refunded if the Membership has been canceled due to a violation of the Terms of Use Agreement.

Monthly Memberships

After enrollment, memberships will be renewed on a monthly basis unless cancelled by the member. Memberships may be cancelled at any time and will be cancelled within thirty (30) days or before the next payment month. Initial registration and the amount paid to Gluten Free Group Inc. for this membership will not be refunded prior to the cancellation date and up to (30) days after cancellation or before the next subscription month. Gluten Free Group Inc. will terminate the membership at the time of cancellation.

Modification

Gluten Free Group Inc. reserves the right to revise the terms of this Refund Policy. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
