purpose of this type plan is to keep from eating the same
foods every day. Instead, try eating a particular food
only once every four days.
The
idea is to eliminate the foods you are allergic to from
you diet altogether.
Then by rotating foods you can eat in a four day cycle,
you decrease your chances of developing new food allergies
and sensitivities.
Soon
you will become more tolerant and able to eat foods
more frequently. Most people can begin reintroducing
foods after 3-6 months. Just check with your doctor
before adding foods back into your diet.
By
following this plan you can clear your mind and renew
your energy, not to mention alleviating the symptoms
that come along with your food allergies.
Our
plan is a modified plan. We have planned a rotating
menu that takes into account proteins, vegetables, fruits
and nuts. Grain tolerances vary widely so we have focused
on the ones children seem to like the best. For optimum
results, compare your allergy food chart with our plan
and substitute items where necessary.
Lastly,
recording your reactions to foods makes a lot of sense.

track your path to wellness.
